Use {{issue}} for main stories or single stories in an issue, and {{Backup}} for any vaguely substantial stories. This is basically for short text features, and the special case of Legion of Super-Heroes v4 #94 (a story broken up into multiple one-page and two-page pieces with different artists), and should ONLY be used in conjunction with a full {{issue}} box for the other variables.
