Beast Boys and Girls, Part 3: Changelings

Synopsis

A one-page prelude to the 'Superboy and the Legion storyline beginning in the next issue.

In the midst of explosions, Superboy and Braniac 5 race to reach some important equipment. Brainy mentions that they need to move quickly "before the man with the axe catches up" with them. Presumably the Persuader is in pursuit. There is some risk and uncertainty as to whether the equipment will work. Superboy may be at risk, and the process to come will certainly cause him some pain. As Brainy wishes Superboy good luck, there is a huge explosion and the issue ends.
