Guest-starring the Legion of Super-Heroes! In Part 1 of the two-part "Future Shock," Kyle travels to the 30th Century, where he is promptly arrested as part of the outlawed Green Lantern Corps. The Legion of Super-Heroes gets him released, but he is unable to return to the present. Teaming with the Legion, Kyle sets out to restore the Corps' honor. But he'll need the help of a mysterious, short bald-headed blue man in a red robe.

Hal Jordan (!) makes a cameo and the Legion of Super-Heroes guests in the conclusion of "Future Shock!" In the 30th Century, someone has to stop the evil Green Lantern Corps, but Kyle is out of commission and the ring only works for him! So who's that in the Green Lantern costume coming to his rescue? Revelations galore and the last page is a shocker, as Kyle, propelled to the past, lands right in the middle of a battle between Hal Jordan and Sinestro!!! (And if you think that's something, wait'll you see the last page of next issue!)
