Cosmic Cards was the name of a series of trading cards produced in 1991 by Impel (and distributed in 1992). There were 180 cards and 10 holograms in the set.

Description

The Cosmic Cards set was produced by DC itself. The cards were of several subsets (Hero Heritage, Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Great Battles, Classic Covers, etc.), many of which were 3-card sub-subsets.

The set contains original art.

  • The Legends card shows Cosmic Boy in the 20th century during the time of the Legends miniseries, and is the only one of the 3-card Legends sub-subset to show a Legionnaire.
  • The Great Darkness Saga sub-subset show three scenes from that story arc.
