Wait... was this solicited? I thought this was a last-minute replacement for an Anti-Monitor issue? - Reboot (SoM) talk page 19:54, 27 October 2007 (PDT) PS: Whether this goes to *Promo.jpg or stays as solicit, shouldn't it be "TalesSinestroCorpsSupermanPrime" or something like that to fit in with Image:GLSinestroCorpsSpec1Solicit.jpg? - Reboot (SoM) talk page 22:35, 27 October 2007 (PDT)

Not sure whether or not this was solicited on the same timetable as other comics in the same week, as I wasn't really following it until Omnicom pointed out the Takron-Galtos reference. If *Promo is more appropriate, I'm OK with that. It is currently being promoted on DC's site like any other comic, but I don't know when it showed up there. The cover artwork there is completely different from what was actually released.
As for the file name, I originally toyed with both TalesSinestroCorpsSupermanPrimeSolicit and TlsSnstrCrpsSupermanPrimeSolicit but they both seemed so awkward and cumbersome that I just simplified it. The longer name better matches the actual issue title. If they had had Legion content, the recent Parallax and Cyborg-Superman issues should have had a similar naming format, and who knows what others might prove relevant in the future. I'll be happy to rename the file with the longer name, but is it *Solicit or *Promo? -- Gopher 04:56, 28 October 2007 (PDT)
Hmmm, not sure why my comments from last night don't show up in the history log. Anyway, "Tales of the Sinestro Corps: Superman Prime" #1 is the official title of the book, and the cover (as seen here [1]) is not the same as the solicited image, which was for the Anti-Monitor story. From what I can see, orders for the Anti-Monitor issue were moved over to the Superman Prime issue; even DC's own page [2]still shows the old cover. I wasn't able to find any images of the cover without the logos and stuff. The story takes place concurrently with this week's issue of "Green Lantern Corps". The Takron-Galtos and Khundia references are in this week's regular issue of "Superman", not the Sinestro Corps' Superman Prime, by the way. -- Omnicom 10:18, 28 October 2007 (PDT)
