I decided to go ahead and scan in the postcard images, so I'd like to replace this image and the Devlin O'Ryan image with my updated scans. However, the file format changed from GIF to JPG (I couldn't optimize a PNG file small enough to still look good) and these old images are still here. Can I assume that someone bigger than me has permissions to delete the old (this) image? I'll wait to update Devlin until I get an answer. If this caused trouble, I can probably convert the scans (in TIF format) to GIF and maintain the existing file names. Autochef 16:43, 7 July 2006 (PDT)

I can delete this, sure, no problem. Stick with what you're doing - TIFFs aren't uploadable and GIFs shouldn't be used for anything that isn't flat-colour (and, anyway, you'll get an error if you try to upload a file with the "wrong" extension). - Reboot (SoM) talk page 17:03, 7 July 2006 (PDT)
Thanks! I'll upload the Devlin image sometime tonight or this weekend. I scanned all of the postcards. However, I won't upload any others until a page exists for the character. For someone like Brainiac 5 who may not get a Glorithverse-specific page, I'm not going to waste space with images unless someone wants to see them (maybe I'll put 'em up on Flickr or something). In other words, I may only upload images for Kono and maybe Furball, unless someone requests something (Bounty?). - Autochef 17:12, 7 July 2006 (PDT)
If they've got a FYL-specific look then it's still worth uploading them for that. Plus, aren't there others too, like FYL-Laurel Gand? - Reboot (SoM) talk page 17:46, 7 July 2006 (PDT)
Yep. FYL versions of Querl Dox, Reep Daggle, Rokk Krinn, Jo Nah (with ponytail), Laurel Gand, Celeste McCauley, Jan Arrah, Bounty, Vi (short hair and scar), Ayla Ranzz, and Mysa Nal. I'll probably get around to uploading about half of these just because they may prove useful. I know that I should direct my energies toward, say, storyline info pages and the like instead. - Autochef 18:39, 7 July 2006 (PDT)
