Info on JLA v2 #1 RRP variant

I recently got my hands on a copy of the fairly rare RRP (Retailer Roundtable Program) variant of this issue. Does anyone know on what date this issue was released, i.e when was the specific retailer event when the issue was distributed to retailers? Before the public version? After? Same day? I haven't been able to find anything on the net that says specifically when any RRP event has taken place.

I would prefer that the lettering sequence for the various versions correspond to chronological release, and this variant came out sometime before what we currently have tagged as version D. I don't mind going through and re-uploading/re-labeling the various versions, assuming we pinpoint where in the chronology this version belongs.

Various ebay auctions mention that it's from the 2006 Baltimore Comic Con, which was the weekend of Sept. 9-10, 2006. The RRP would probably have been on the 8th. Isn't there an easier method to rename a file rather than going through the effort of re-uploading it with a new name and deleting the old one?

In this case, we can avoid the deletion process. I'll simply create a duplicate of the current F version, labeling it G. The old F will get a re-upload with the E image, and the E text will be copied over. The D image and text will be carried over to E, and the RRP image will be uploaded to D with new text. The alternate image galleries in versions A-F (and Solicit) will need to be re-labeled with captions that accurately reflect the proper image. May be a day or so before I can prepare the new image and upload, but I'll do all the switching at that time.
