Any value to this?

I can upload something like this to hold the place of an image while I work on a better copy. It can be inserted in pages wherever needed, and once the final image is uploaded, it will be updated in all locations. Is this worth doing, or should I just wait until I have the real image? I could pretty much upload similar images for the rest of the Adventure run within the day if people are interested, or I could do this only for issue pages that are awaiting an image. Waste of time?
